Terms & Conditions – Photography Service Agreement

By booking a session with EGH Studio, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Service

Photography is an artistic service. Results vary and reference images are not guarantees.

2. Booking Confirmation

Sessions are confirmed only after payment of the booking fee.

3. Attendance

Late arrival may shorten or cancel the session without compensation.

4. Image Selection

Client selection constitutes final approval of results.

5. Editing

Editing follows the studio artistic style.
Major body or facial alterations are not included.

6. RAW Files

RAW files are never delivered.

7. Copyright & Usage

All images remain the intellectual property of the photographer.

Clients receive a usage license but may not:

Resell images
Transfer commercial rights

8. Portfolio Use

The studio may use images for marketing unless written refusal is submitted before the session. with extra 33% fee.

9. Client Alterations

Clients may not apply filters, recolor, crop improperly, or use AI modifications.

10. Delivery

Images delivered via online link.
Client responsible for download and storage.

11. Lost Files

Re-delivery may incur an archive retrieval fee.

12. Force Majeure

Liability limited to reshooting only.

13. Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability equals the amount paid.

14. Minors

Booking party confirms legal guardianship.

15. Prohibited Uses

No political, misleading, or unlawful usage.

16. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
