We never request national ID or banking details via the website.

3. Photographs & Media

  • Selected images are permanently archived.

  • The studio retains full copyright ownership.

  • The studio may use images for portfolio & marketing unless a written non-publication request is submitted before the session.

  • A 33% fee may apply for non-publication requests.

  • Clients may request removal from social media but not archive deletion.

  • RAW files are never

  • Archiving & Retrieval of Images, If the client loses the delivered files and later requests re-delivery from the archive, the studio reserves the right to charge an archive retrieval fee determined according to storage and data management costs at the time of request. delivered.

4. Editing Integrity & AI Protection

Clients may not:

  • Alter colors or retouch images

  • Apply filters or AI modifications

  • Use images in a misleading way

  • Use images politically or commercially without written permission

5. Minors

For children or school photography, the booking person confirms legal guardianship or permission.

Payments may be processed via:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Vodafone Cash / InstaPay

  • Fawaterak / EasyKash

We do not store card data.
