Refund & Cancellation Policy

By booking a session with EGH Studio, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking Fee
A 500 EGP booking fee secures the session.
2. Cancellation
More than 48 hours: Full refund
Within 48 hours: Refund minus 300 EGP admin fee
No show: No refund
3. Rescheduling
Allowed 48 hours in advance subject to availability.
4. Emergencies
Force majeure cases may be rescheduled.
5. After the Session (Satisfaction Guarantee)

Full refund available before selecting any images if completely dissatisfied.

Selecting any image voids refund rights.

No refund after delivery or download.
6. Digital Products
All delivered images are custom digital goods and non-refundable.
7. Late Arrival
Session time may be reduced or canceled.
8. Delivery Timeframe
Delivery times are estimates and not legally binding deadlines.
9. Appearance Responsibility
Client appearance, outfit, makeup, and grooming are the client’s responsibility.
10. Retouching Limits
Editing follows the studio artistic style and does not include major body or facial alterations.
11. Equipment Failure / Force Majeure
Compensation is limited to reshooting only.
12. File Retention
Archiving is a courtesy service and not a permanent obligation.
13. AI Usage
Images may not be used for AI training or generation without written permission.
14. Misuse
Images may not be used in political, medical, or misleading advertising contexts without consent.
15. Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid.
16. Guests
Studio may restrict interfering companions.
17. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Cairo courts jurisdiction.
